When is your office open?
Our office hours run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday. Our resident manager, who has years of experience in storage and more than 11 years of experience at our specific facility, can answer just about any question you can think of, whether you need help choosing a unit or you’re looking for helpful packing advice.
When can I access my storage unit?
We provide 24-hour access hours every day for your convenience. If you choose to visit your rental after 9 p.m., you need to contact our manager beforehand. This step helps us know when there will be nighttime activity on the property and allows us to provide a secure environment.
Where is your facility located?
Our property is located at 32311 US Highway 1 in Aberdeen, NC 28315. We’re a quarter of a mile south of the DMV and Highway Patrol Station and just minutes from downtown Aberdeen. This location makes us easy to access from communities like Hamlet, Foxfire, Pinebluff, Pinehurst, and Southern Pines.
What security features do you provide?
From digital video surveillance and individual unit alarms to perimeter fencing and computerized entry, we’ve taken several security precautions to ensure that you feel safe on our property.
What unit sizes do you have?
We offer several different rental sizes to accommodate your specific storage needs. Whether you choose climate control or a standard space, you can select a size between 5’x10’ and 15’x20’. We have many other storage unit sizes available and we’re happy to walk you through your options!
Do you offer climate control?
We sure do! We have a variety of interior, climate-controlled spaces. These rentals are all located on the ground floor and are easily accessible through our indoor hallways.
What is drive-up access? Do you provide it?
We do indeed provide drive-up accessible storage units. These spaces are on the ground floor, allowing you to park your car or moving truck in front of your rental.
Where can I find long-term vehicle parking?
Our facility offers parking spaces for a wide variety of vehicles, including boats, cars, trailers, RVs, and other watercraft.
